GYROTONIC®Level 1 Update Course

This course prepares one to become a teacher of the GYROTONIC® Method. Taught by one of the most experienced teachers in the world, Sebastian brings a level of understanding and experience that is rare. This 12 day course teaches the basic Level one curriculum including tactile cueing. Successful completion of this course certifies one to begin teaching as an Apprentice Instructor. Certified teachers are welcome to retake the course to enrich their teaching.
